No third-party beneficiaries

You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.

Non-commercial use by members

all organizations, companies, and/or businesses alike may not become members and should not use the pro2film service or the website for any purpose. The pro2film website service is meant for personal use of the individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial activities or endeavours. The following include illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the website: collection of usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails and unauthorized framing of or linking to the website will be investigated thoroughly, and the appropriate legal actions will be taken, including without limitation, criminal, civil and injunctive redress.

pro2film occasionally receives requests from people to remove search results from its indices. Although pro2film reserves the right to address such requests individually, the general approach that pro2film takes reflects the following principles:

pro2film's search results consist of information that has been identified, indexed and compiled through an automated process with no advance review by human beings. Given the enormous volume of web site information added, deleted, and changed on a frequent basis, pro2film cannot and does not screen anything made available through its indices. For each web site reflected in pro2film's indices, if either (i) a site owner restricts access to his or her web site or (ii) a site is taken down from the web, then, upon receipt of a request by the site owner or a third party in the second instance, pro2film will at its sole discretion consider on a case-by-case basis requests to remove the link to that site from its indices. However, if the operator of the site does not take steps to prevent it, the automatic facilities used to create the indices are likely to find that site and index it again in a relatively short amount of time. Posting Community Generated Material on our Sites

Certain areas of pro2film allow users to post, add, or upload information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages and/or other content ("Postings"). You acknowledge and agree that Postings and any and all liability arising from Postings are the sole responsibility of the user who posted the content ("Poster"), and not pro2film. pro2film does not control the Postings and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Postings.

You understand that by using the pro2film Services you may be exposed to Postings that are offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will pro2film be liable in any way for any Postings, including, but not limited to, for any errors, omissions or misrepresentations in any Postings, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, or arising from, any Postings.

If you do choose to post content on pro2film, please do not do so unless you understand that your postings will be available publicly. You should not assume that you are anonymous online and cannot be identified by your postings. You agree that all of your postings will comply with the requirements of this agreement.

You agree not to use pro2film to:

Post any Posting that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

Harm or threaten to harm users in any way;

Stalk or otherwise harass any other person or entity;

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

Post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation except in areas that are expressly designated by pro2film for such purpose;

Disseminate or transmit any content that infringes or violates any party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other proprietary right, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials, without appropriate permission, using third party trademarks without appropriate permission or attribution, or using or distributing third party information (whether or not protected as a trade secret) in violation of a duty of confidentiality;

Disseminate or transmit any worms, viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files, code or programs;

Violate any law (whether local, state, national, or international), whether or not intentionally;

Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Posting;

You acknowledge that pro2film does not pre-screen postings, but that pro2film has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse to make available, to modify or to remove any postings or portions of postings in its sole discretion and at any time without notice to the poster, regardless of whether those postings violate the terms of this agreement or are otherwise objectionable. You agree that your use of any posting is at your own risk, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the posting. You agree that if you rely on any posting submitted to pro2film , it is entirely at your own risk. If you choose to provide any postings on our Sites, you agree that pro2film may copy, distribute, display, publish, modify or translate such postings for any purpose and in any medium worldwide (including incorporating the postings into pro2film databases or any other pro2film property, product or service) without any obligation to compensate you or any other third party in any way for any such use. pro2film may grant other parties these same rights as to the postings.

pro2film Registration

Certain portions of pro2film require users to register to obtain certain pro2film Services. Registration is limited to one account per user. By registering for these services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by the pro2film registration form (the "Registration Information") and (b) maintain and update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. In addition to other grounds for suspension or termination of your use of the pro2film Services, if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or pro2film has reasonable grounds to suspect that information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, pro2film has the right to suspend or terminate your access and refuse you any and all use of relevant Site.

Indemnification of pro2film

You agree to indemnify and hold pro2film harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, demands, disputes, damages or costs of any kind, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of litigation, resulting from or in any way connected with (a) Postings or other content you submit or that are submitted from your account, (b) your use of or reliance on pro2film Services, (c) your connection to our Sites, (d) your violation of this Agreement, or (e) your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination of your access to pro2film Services

You agree that pro2film, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to the pro2film Services, and/or remove, discard or modify any postings or content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if pro2film believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the pro2film Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that pro2film may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the pro2film Services. Further, you agree that pro2film shall not be liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the pro2film Services, even if advised of a claim for damages.

The pro2film.com logo and service marks and product and service names are trademarks of pro2film. Without pro2film's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the pro2film Marks.

How pro2film Search Works

pro2film only collects information and indexes results that are publicly available online. pro2film does not crawl, mine, search, or index password protected websites, private websites, or websites that specifically request not to be crawled by search engines.

pro2film is not responsible for websites displayed as search results or linked to by pro2film that may display identifiable information about people. pro2film will display the source of the information we display on the search results. pro2film exercises no control over these websites and users will need to work with those websites directly in order to remove identifiable information.

We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.
